What is Leader at Work?

Leader at Work is an engaging 8-week online environment designed to expand your leadership mindset and influence in the workplace. You will be sharpened by seasoned leaders who have applied these leadership principles, be challenged to lead intentionally and make a Kingdom impact, and connect with other leaders from around LCBC.

Each week you will learn and discuss a different leadership principle and walk away with practical next steps thatyou can implement in your leadership right away! Our goal is to encourage your personal development and growth and challenge you to maximize your influence in the workplace

Leader at Work is for every leader—whether you oversee a large organization, manage a small team, contribute as a team member, or simply want to get better.
