Campus Leadership

For leaders who take initiative, are willing to work hard, love to learn, and want to grow in their leadership abilities serving the local church.

Worship

For gifted singers who are eager to grow as worship leaders, and desire to serve in a local church setting.

Production

For anyone with production interest who desires to grow their experience to serve the local church.

Spiritual Development

Growth as a fully devoted follower of Christ and ability to relate what the Bible teaches to the challenges of life and ministry.

You will lead all aspects of an LCBC Ministry area with courage and confidence, and display a thorough grasp of our mission, values, and engagement strategy.

You will apply leadership skills to serving as an exemplary team player, and demonstrate gentleness and humility in leading others.

FAQ's

    An ideal applicant:

  • Is a recent college graduate, or just about to finish their degree
  • Desires to work in a church, whether in campus leadership, worship, or production
  • Has proven leadership ability in their area of interest (one of the three above)
  • Takes initiative, works hard, loves to learn, and desires to be developed
  • Is emotionally healthy and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Loves our mission, embodies our values, and aligns with our beliefs

Interested applicants should complete LCBC’s online DEVELUP application for the program they’re interested in. Qualified applicants can expect online interview(s) with program directors and various LCBC staff members, followed by in-person interviews for final candidates.

Applications are open now through October 31, 2024 for the 2-year cohort starting in May 2025

DEVELUP is a full-time 40-45hr/week staff position. Each week will consist of personal development, relevant ministry team experience, engagement in various ministry environments and weekly planning, preparation, and prayer Monday through Thursday, as well as engagement in weekend ministry Saturday through Monday. The program begins in the third week of May annually.

DEVELUP staff members will be provided an entry-level salary, and a benefits package will be made available. Part-time employment outside of the DEVELUP program must be approved by the Program Director.

Completing the DEVELUP program does not obligate LCBC to provide a current or future staff position. However, based on each person’s growth and performance, the DEVELUP Program Director may serve as a reference towards a staff position at LCBC or another like-minded church.
