Creation
This chapter zeros in on a specific aspect of creation: the creation of humanity. We also see an emphasis on the abundant way God supplied for the needs of the man He placed in the garden. The abundant supply is further emphasized by identifying the problem of Adam being alone and the result of creating a woman to complete God’s creation. Only one restriction is given and it doesn’t seem to be much of a hardship.
In God’s original design, we were supposed to enjoy a close relationship with God and have all our needs met in an abundant way. Unfortunately, things didn’t stay that way. It is common to blame God for the disappointments in our lives, but the Bible places the blame on humanity.
