Humanity
Psalm 8 looks at the power of God and all that He has created and asks why humans matter. It goes on to say we are made a little lower than the heavenly beings and have been put in charge of God’s creation. It’s similar to what we are told in Genesis 1 and 2 - we are made in God’s image and were placed in the garden to tend it. Humanity, is unique in creation. We are better able to both worship and serve God than any of the rest of God’s creation. It’s a great privilege and responsibility. Hopefully you take the responsibility seriously.
